NATIONAL LIBERTY MUSEUM “HEROES OF CHARACTER” Posters:
In conjunction with Heroes of Character, an exhibition dedicated to highlighting people who uphold virtues of freedom and democracy, Philadelphia’s National Liberty Museum has worked with local firm Quaker City Mercantile to produce five posters inspired by the exhibition. Five contemporary artists - Dave Kinsey, Jim Houser, Jeremy Tinder, Thom Lessner and Allison Cole – put their spin on five heroes – Yao Ming, Mother Teresa, Susan B. Anthony, Roberto Clemente, and César Chávez.
The posters are for sale direct through the museum site, and proceeds go to funding the museum’s mission.
