Gyro is now exporting its offbeat, often satirical creative overseas. In its first global effort-a TV and print campaign for Puma - the Philadelphia shop created a tongue-in-cheek cyber world to highlight the sneaker's Cell line. Racing to a techno beat, a spot is set in a futuristic lab where the shoes are made. When thieves try to steal the "gel," a technician wearing Pumas chases after. The final shot shows him mid-flight. "It's Mentos meets the Six Million dollar Man," says creative director Steven Grasse.
