In keeping with the peculiar nature of the Hendrick's Gin brand, Quaker City Mercantile created a quarterly newspaper appropriately named The Unusual Times in 2004. The paper's mission was to report on any and everything unusual from the delightfully eccentric world of Hendrick's Gin.

Needless to say, the paper was a smashing success. So successful in fact, that we decided we had to do something to bring our news of the unusual to a wider audience. Hence, The Unusual Times joined the ranks of other major media outlets and launched its own weblog, TheUnusualTimes.net, dedicated to providing readers with up-to-the-minute reportage of all things unusual, peculiar, and odd.

From coverage of strange events and happenings, to interviews, horoscopes, and lifestyle columns, TheUnusualTimes.net has become an online destination for content of a not-so-common nature. And of course, it has a constantly growing compendium of delicious Hendrick's Gin recipes.
