Back in 2005 DaimlerChrysler's Smart Car division consulted with Quaker City Mercantile regarding their 2005 launch at the Detroit Auto Show. We developed two different ambient concepts that brought attendees into incredibly elaborate fantasy worlds where the cars would then be introduced.

The first concept created a futuristic Smart World where every aspect of living was influenced by advanced technologies geared towards better living, just like the Smart Car. The second concept centered around Smart School, a sort of grown-up high school experience that culminated in a Smart Car pep rally.

DaimlerChrysler was really excited about all of our work, but then the '05 US launch date was scrapped for reasons known only to the upper stratosphere of management.
