Not too long ago, ECCO made a bold business decision to break into the super-competitive, ultra-performance running shoe category, and they asked Quaker City Mercantile to help them define their new brand through a comprehensive web and print campaign. We knew right away that ECCO's advantage over all
the other ultra-performance brands out there centered on their incredibly obsessive knowledge of the human foot and their relentless pursuit of new technologies.

Armed with this knowledge, we set about positioning ECCO's new shoe as a complete paradigm shift in running shoe technology. Using a clean and simple design aesthetic, we presented the notion to all the runners out there that running shoes shouldn't be designed to change the way that your foot works, they should improve upon the way nature intended your foot to work. The campaign's exceptional look speaks directly to BIOM's radical design innovations and drive the point home to consumers that the BIOM shoe by ECCO is going to change everything. Just wait.
