Tamworth Distilling and Mercantile
We have big plans in this tiny rural hamlet in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. The idea is to build an organically certified distillery that uses only hyper-local ingredients from our farm and adjacent farms in the
community.
So far, we have bought a farm that we are in the process of getting organically certified. We have painstakingly restored the town's general store and rechristened it the Tamworth Lyceum. And we have bought the old Tamworth Inn and Tamworth Garden. This is the site where the distillery will be built. Plans at this site also include seasonal farm-to-table dining.
